Best selection for double page spread

This image is a well composed shot and coincides with the article which will be on the double page spread the over the shoulder shot also adds to the feeling i am trying to create for the reader of reading the article as the actor.  

Best Decision for Contents page

I have chosen this picture as it has a slight tilted angle to it which will help bring my magazine some life










This image is affective as it allows me to place the actor in the middle of the contents page bringing a unique style tom my magazine










I think that this image is a good contents page picture as i could position my actor on the side of the page looking at the tex.

Best decision for front cover

Front cover:

I have chosen for this to be my front cover because it is a very nice close up of my actor and the picture quality is very clear.

I have chosen this image as the actor has cool look about him it also has a lot of space near the actor head which will allow me to place text in there.

I have chosen this image as the background is simple but has a big message about the actors background and the streets he is from, it is also a easy background to put text on.

Despicable Me: The ideologies behind this film is that all evil has good inside of them, and that people can change if they really want to. we know this from the character of Gru. We also learn from the minions that friends can come in all shapes and sizes.

The Best Of Me: The ideologies behind this film is that a simple act of kindness can bring two people together. Another one is that childhood sweat hearts will always have feelings for the other as they are their first true love.

Ice Age: The ideologies behind this film is that friendships can be made from the littlest of things and can be people of all shapes and sizes. it also shows us that something that looks like a small task for some means alot to others. We also see that good is in everyone through the character of diego.

Photo shoot 2 16th January 2016

Today myself and my actor went to my local park Vale Park to take some shots. I decided to take some shots there as it is an urban location and the walls of the park allow my actor to really show his character as the wall behind allows the readers to focus on his face. I also tried some different camera shots to see if I liked any of them.

Photo shoot 1 14th january 2016

Today I had a successful photo shoot and got many various shots that could possible be used in my magazine. However I have realised that i need to take a few more photos to be able to have a good selection of photos to pick from. I am planning to get persimmons for a camera again for saturday the 16th of january this will allow me to go out of school and take pictures in my local area hopefully getting me some better shots.

Permissions 13th january 2016

Today I successfully managed to secure my self a camera for the 14th of january, and i have also managed to gain access to the school hall, this will allow me to use the green walls in there for a block coloured background making my editing easier. It also allows me to get my double page spread using the balcony in the school hall. I have also spoken to my actors teacher and he is allowed to get out of lesson to take part in my photo shoot.

Time schedule planned 8th january 2016

Today i sat down and planned a schedule for the week ahead to allow me to manage my time well and make sure i had enough time to get what i needed done. I still have to get my permissions for my shoot from various people which i am planning to get on the 13th of january. this will be for a camera, access to my schools hall and  permission to take my actor out of a lesson.

costume decisions 6th January

My self and my actor Adam Duffy got together to chose costumes for my shoot, i decided to have my actor help chose the costume as i feel that if he feels comfortable in what he is wearing he will find it easier to pose for the shots. I also decided to let him help decide as he has a good dress sense and knows what type of clothing
